That's the whole case. At an average bill of ₹900, six recovered appointments cover the subscription. Everything after the sixth is yours.
Everything on this page is per outlet, per month, before GST. Pay annually and the price drops.
We bring your clients, visit history, service menu and open packages across before you go live. Onboarding is ₹7,500 per outlet — free on annual, or at 25 outlets and above.
The price comes down as the count goes up, and from ten outlets you get the head-office console — every outlet side by side, campaigns run across the group, minutes pooled and allocated, royalties settled from actual billed revenue.
| Outlets | Off the plan price | Head-office console | Minutes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 – 2 | — | — | Per outlet |
| 3 – 9 | 10% | — | Per outlet |
| 10 – 24 | 18% | ₹9,999 | Per outlet |
| 25 – 99 | 25% | ₹19,999 | Per outlet |
| 100 – 499 | 32% | ₹34,999 | Pooled at head office |
Console priced per month. The discount applies to the plan; calls and messages stay at the same rate however many outlets you run. Above 500 outlets, let's talk.
| Outlets | Plan, each (Growth, annual) | Console | All-in, each |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | ₹3,689 | ₹9,999 | ₹4,689 |
| 25 | ₹3,374 | ₹19,999 | ₹4,174 |
| 100 | ₹3,059 | ₹34,999 | ₹3,409 |
A single outlet pays ₹4,499. The plan price falls steadily as the count rises; the console is a separate head-office capability on top of it, and from 25 outlets the discount more than covers it.
At 10 outlets the console makes the all-in figure ₹4,689 each — ₹190 more than the ₹4,499 a single salon pays on Growth annual. The ladder doesn't start paying for itself until about 12–13 outlets. We'd rather you see that here than discover it after signing.
20 appointments a day, six days a week — about 520 a month — at an average bill of ₹900, on the Growth plan.
| What it recovers in a month | Bookings | Value |
|---|---|---|
| Reminders that land, and no-shows called back recovering one in four of the 104 you'd otherwise lose | 26 | ₹23,400 |
| Calls answered after hours and during the rush three a day that currently ring out; a third of them book | 20 | ₹18,000 |
| Rebooking around one absent stylist seven of eleven clients kept, instead of four | 7 | ₹6,300 |
| Clients who hadn't been in for three months five in a hundred come back when someone actually asks | 15 | ₹13,500 |
| Recovered revenue | 68 | ₹61,200 |
The plan at ₹4,999, plus about 300 minutes of calling — 150 included, the rest at ₹9 — and message overage. GST extra.
What stays in the business. Six of those 68 bookings covered the cost.
These are worked examples using published industry benchmarks and a ₹900 average bill, not a promise. Put your own appointment volume and ticket size in and the shape of the answer stays the same.
Calls and messages come out of a prepaid balance, the way a phone recharge does — no bill at the end of the month you didn't see coming.
| What you're charged for | Rate | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| A minute of a phone call | ₹9 | Per minute, inbound or outbound |
| A WhatsApp conversation coming | ₹6 | Per chat, however long it runs |
| A reminder or confirmation nobody replies to | ₹0.18 | Per message |
| An offer nobody replies to | ₹1.30 | Per message |
If a client replies to an offer and the assistant has a conversation with them, that's ₹6. If they don't reply, you pay ₹1.30 for the message and nothing else — you're charged for conversations, not for shouting into the void.
| Buying minutes in bulk | Price | Works out at |
|---|---|---|
| 300 minutes | ₹2,700 | ₹9.00 |
| 1,000 minutes | ₹8,500 | ₹8.50 |
| 2,500 minutes | ₹20,000 | ₹8.00 |
| 5,000 minutes | ₹37,500 | ₹7.50 |
All prices exclude 18% GST. Included allowances reset each month and don't carry over.
Send us a month of your appointment data and we'll show you what it would have recovered.
