SK HQ Console · the head office for a franchised network

What needs a decision today — across every outlet.

A thousand outlets, and a small head-office team. HQ finds the handful of things that need a decision today, ranks them by money at risk, puts the evidence beside each one, and keeps a record of why every decision was taken.

Why it's different

A decision surface, not a dashboard.

Every screen pairs the data with the action, and every action leaves a written record. Five things it does that a report cannot.

The queue is ranked by what it costs if nobody acts

Rules find the exceptions — nobody types them in. The queue puts severity first, then money at risk, so forty-seven items become the five that matter today. Each row carries the evidence, how many times it happened before, and the action.

  • Fix today, this week, keep watching
  • Precedent on every row
  • Assign straight into SK Tickets

One signal is never an accusation

Revenue assurance names every signal that fired on a salon, says whether it rests on records or on inference, and ranks the salons by composite score. A salon becomes a case only when two independent rules fire — and the database refuses anything less.

  • Records and inference, never mixed up
  • Open a case, or dismiss with a reason
  • Detected → triaged → investigating → resolved

Every decision has a reason, and the reason stays

Assigning, dismissing, opening a case, publishing a rule — each one asks for a written reason and writes one row to an append-only ledger with who, when and why. A correction is a new row. Nothing is edited or deleted.

  • The reason gate is in the database, not only the screen
  • Evidence is stamped when it happens
  • Exports are recorded too

What you see is set by your role, not by a switch

Money visibility is a permission. A franchisee sees their own outlets and the network only as averages; a hidden figure shows as a dash, never as zero, and it never reaches the browser at all. The header says why, and offers no way to lift it.

  • Brand-wide, regional or own-units scope
  • Withheld money never sent, even in an export
  • Fresh, stale and partial data are shown apart

Read it, then decide it, in the same place

Pulse is the landing screen: the headline figures, what changed since you last looked, trading status with the silent outlets, and the queue. Every chart has a plain-words guide, and every salon opens into one page with every figure for it.

  • What changed since your last visit
  • Silent outlets as a cluster, never a list
  • Pulse works on a phone; the rest needs a larger screen

That's five of many.

Outlets and league bands, customers and cohorts, people and quality, AI operations, compliance, and a rule registry that is previewed with a dry run before anything is published.

Built on the rest of SoftKnack.

Sign-in comes from your SoftKnack account — HQ has no login of its own. Figures come from the products that own them: SK Billing, SK Calendar, SK CRM, SK People, SK Catalog and SK Voice. Work goes to SK Tickets. HQ reads, decides and records; it never edits another product's data.

Fair questions, straight answers.

Is this a BI dashboard?
No. Findings are produced by rules and ranked by money at risk; nobody builds a chart to find them. Every screen is there to support a decision, and every decision is recorded.
Do I need a separate login?
No. You sign in once with your SoftKnack account and come straight back to HQ. HQ never asks for a password and never stores one.
Can a franchisee see other outlets' money?
No. A franchisee sees their own outlets, and the rest of the network only as averages. A hidden figure is never sent to their browser, so it cannot leak through an export or the network tab.
